How do I choose the right size?
Our garments are designed with structure in mind. For a more comfortable fit, especially if you plan to layer we recommend sizing up by one.
Size charts are available on each product page. Please refer to them carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final.
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
What if I miss my delivery?
Please contact your local carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or your national postal service) to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup.
Why was my package returned to sender?
Packages can be returned for reasons such as:

Failed delivery attempts

Refused import/customs fees
If this happens, we’ll contact you when the package returns to us. You’ll be responsible for a reshipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If you received a damaged item, please email info@kyoshistudios.store within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll review your case and advise on the next steps.
