What is a Pre-order?

All our products are released as pre-orders only. This means we start making your jacket only after you place your order — nothing is pre-made or mass-produced. Every piece is crafted from scratch, just for you. This helps us avoid waste and focus on quality, not quantity.

Exclusive, Limited Stock

Every jacket we release is exclusive and limited. We set the quantity based on the fabric available at the time of the drop. Once the fabric runs out, the product will show "Out of Stock" on the website and will no longer be available until the next drop, just like limited-edition anime merch.

What Happens If It’s Sold Out?

If you see “Out of Stock,” it means the limit for that drop has been reached. We won't accept new orders until the next batch is released. This keeps every piece rare and special.

Production Timeline

Because we only begin production after you order, manufacturing takes about 10 to 15 days. Each jacket is made in small batches with great care — no shortcuts, no bulk production.

Shipping Process

Once your jacket is ready, we ship it out in the order in which your purchase was received. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it’s dispatched, so you can follow your delivery.
